Default Sprint

For regular farming in PvE should u use srpint cuz it fills up a skill spot i use.

Is it okey to have points in followwing: Axe, tac, wilderness, best mastery.

and should i Use dismember and shield stance?

We really can't help you unless you tell us what you are farming.

You don't need Sprint if you can run past undesirable monsters without it. Simple as that.

There are some popular farming areas that are far more accessible with Sprint- Mineral Springs and the troll cave outside Droknar's Forge come to mind. The skill itself doesn't help in any way with the actual farming of the creatures, however.
